The Seekers will compile an in-depth background research file on the location in question. Plus, you will receive a one (1) hour DVD of your Ghost Seeking.
The Stages of a Ghost Seeking
Stage 1: Interviews and Release Forms
Interview anyone that has felt they have had paranormal experience at the location. 20-30 minutes per person. Time can be set up at your discretion or it can be worked on throughout the day or night. At this time we will have all release forms for anyone who will be on camera and for the location as well.
Stage 2: Investigation and Research
Compiling information for your case file. This will be done on the Ghost Seekers time through many different means. Any information concerning the location in question will be greatly appreciated. Such as, when building was erected, past history or documentation of said premises, past owners, etc. Any unusual happenings concerning location through the years through hearsay or documentation
Stage 3: Preliminary Readings
A walk through to get layout of location and preliminary EMF and Thermal readings, approximately one hour anytime day or night.
Stage 4: Intro Film Shoot
Film some Exterior shots and Interior shots for opening tag of Ghost Seekers of Texas Realty pilot. One hour of shoot time. No big set up. We will make sure not to disturb patrons/residents.
Stage 5: Night Vigil
The team will arrive at a set time. We then will proceed with the vigil until 5:00 a.m. We will have 8 team members who will man different positions. At some point we need to have a lights out vigil for the entire location.
Stage 6: Conclusion
Now that all of our stages are complete we will then examine all data collected and proceed to compile and make our determination of the location. And set up one more "close-out."
